Producing wine depend of 4items,each one given to the wine all is nobles and quality. These 4 items are particulary represent and perfect balance in France.
1. Part of the climate
Climate determinate the growing and maturity of the grape with perfect combination of rain, wind, sun and temperature. A temperate climate like in Europe is perfect for production of good wine, with a lot of sunny day, but not so hot.
This conditions are perfect to develop colors and aromas.
This is why Europe is the oldest area of production of wine in the world.
2. Part of the topography
Topography is essential for elaboration of wine.
The best area must be exposed direct to the sun, better with a light slope better for the circulation of the water, and a better exposition to the sun.
3. Part of the ground
Ground must be poor but well balanced. Oligo-elements present in the ground are very important.
4. Part of the Wine maker
It’s surely the most important part for the production of a good wine. The wine maker is the only one who decide the choice of the ground.
Each one of his intervention must be taken in order to improve the quality of the wine, during the harvest for sure, but also during all the year with regular control.
